<div>PPT Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Architect on site in Huntsville, Alabama. 
Responsibilities for the Power Platform Architect:

The Power Platform Architect is critical to the administration, governance, security, and performance of Microsoft Power Platform environments supporting federal government programs. 
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, governance mindset, and collaborative communication skills, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant Power Platform solutions. 
Power Platform Administration &amp; Environment Management
<ul>
<li>Administer and manage environments using the Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center, including environments, licensing, and security configurations.</li>
<li>Create, monitor, and control the power platform environments, ensuring proper configuration, data policies, and lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Support and oversee Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that integrate with Dataverse to enable business processes and applications.</li>
<li>Implement platform governance using tools such as the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit to manage resources, enforce standards, and support platform adoption.</li></ul> 


Security, Compliance &amp; Governance
<ul>
<li>Design, configure, and manage Dataverse security roles to control user and team access.</li>
<li>Define and enforce granular access controls at the table, record, and column levels to protect sensitive data.</li>
<li>Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to prevent unauthorized data sharing and integration with external services.</li>
<li>Configure and monitor auditing and logging, regularly reviewing audit logs to ensure compliance with organizational and federal requirements.</li></ul> 


Data Management &amp; Integration
<ul>
<li>Design and maintain robust Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules, and logic.</li>
<li>Perform database maintenance activities including bulk data operations, performance optimization, and data retention policies.</li>
<li>Integrate Dataverse with external systems using connectors, dataflows, and APIs.</li>
<li>Manage data migrations, imports, and exports using tools such as Power Query.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance, aligning with organizational and federal data-handling policies.</li></ul> 


Collaboration &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot platform issues related to performance, security, integrations, and data access.</li>
<li>Partner with developers, citizen developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver aligned and scalable solutions.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and best practices to support secure and effective platform usage.</li></ul> 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Power Platform Architect:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>
<li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the required level.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of:
<ul><li>Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center</li>
<li>Dataverse environment and data management</li>
<li>Power Apps and Power Automate</li>
<li>Power Platform governance and CoE practices</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience with:
<ul><li>Security role design and access control</li>
<li>Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies</li>
<li>Auditing and compliance monitoring</li>
<li>Data modeling, integrations, and migrations</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Soft Skills &amp; Competencies
<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail, particularly related to data integrity, security, and compliance.</li>
<li>Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving technology environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.</li>
<li>Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.</li>
<li>Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.</li></ul></li></ul> 
 
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Power Platform Architect:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 4 years of experience or a High School diploma and 8 years of experience</li></ul>
