In this role, you will:<ul><li>
Oversee pre-energization walks and manage third-party inspection support.</li><li>
Lead resolution of Cx software and technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.</li><li>
Direct coordination of access for L3/L4/L5 testing, including escorts and badge access management.</li><li>
Manage technical documentation review across gating levels (L3 Startup, L4 72hr Lookahead, etc.).</li><li>
Supervise startup/shutdown activities and lead L4/L5 readiness walks with Cx Agent.</li><li>
Manage vendor and trade partner coordination for L3 startup and L4/L5 support.</li><li>
Oversee review and implementation of Method of Procedures (MOPs) for Cx scope.</li><li>
Direct L3/L4 script reviews, providing strategic input and approvals.</li><li>
Lead pre-energization walks to ensure equipment readiness, coordinating with Mechanical &amp; Electrical Superintendent teams.</li><li>
Manage Cx-related BIM issue identification and resolution processes.</li><li>
Drive collaboration with Building Management System (BMS) team to resolve L3/L4 BMS issues.</li><li>
Assign and oversee additional duties to achieve team and project objectives.</li></ul>
To qualify for this role, you must have the following background:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in construction management, engineering, is a plus</li><li>
5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and building controls systems, with 2+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building system engineering principles.</li><li>
Proven experience in commissioning management (vendor, Cx agent, subcontractor, or GC Cx management).</li><li>
Expertise in LOTO/Control of Hazardous Energy Programs.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a satisfactory driving record.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical scopes.</li></ul>

Pay Range: $ 65 - $75/hr DOE</li><li>
