Partnerships Registration &ndash; Managing registrations and documentation for new partnerships.</li><li>
Vendor Portal Registration &amp; Onboarding &ndash; Handling vendor portal setup, onboarding, and ensuring proper documentation.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Filings &ndash; Managing company compliance, required statutory filings, and maintaining company documents.</li><li>
Agreements Review &ndash; Reviewing and supporting preparation of agreements like SOW, MSA, NDA and similar documents.</li><li>
Vendor &amp; Market Research &ndash; Handling requests for research on vendors and service providers and acting as a bridge between the requester and potential vendor/service provider.</li><li>
Contract Preparation &ndash; Drafting and preparing contracts and related documentation (SOW, MSA, NDA and others)</li><li>
Stakeholder Coordination &ndash; Connecting with contractors, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders for operational tasks.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Support &ndash; Acting as a bridge between HR and Finance for smooth coordination.</li><li>
Legal Team Collaboration &ndash; Connecting with the Legal team on requirements and compliance checks as needed</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p>
