You&rsquo;ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and creative leads to craft seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications &mdash; including our flagship products like Pragmr Anter.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.</li><li>Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.</li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for improvements.</li><li>Support in building and maintaining the design system and UI style guide.</li><li>Present design ideas and rationale clearly to the internal team.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of UI principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.</li><li>Awareness of UX processes &mdash; from research to wireframing to usability testing.</li><li>Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing your design work (even academic or personal projects welcome).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
