Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Dentist to join our team as a Full-Time Locum/Contract Dentist for Ute Mountain Ute Health Center Located in Towaoc, CO 81334 . As a Family Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental care to both adults and pediatrics. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be licensed to practice dentistry. Our clinic is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to all eligible American Indians and Alaska Natives in the Uintah-Ouray Service Unit Area. Flexible contract ( up to a year) with extension possibilities Clinic hours, Monday - Friday 8-5 No weekends, No Holidays Day shift Family Practice Physician Dentist, Adult and Pediatric Doctor of Dentistry required Locum tenens experience a plus Previous IHS facility experience helpful 2+ years experience required Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States Can work on any state license Great pay, excellent work culture, &amp; work-life balance in Colorado! Requirements: Minimum of (2) years of experience as a dentist after dental school. (2) years of fellowship can count as this experience. Minimum Education: DDS or DMD Degree from an Accredited Dental School Program, doctorate is required Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) Applicants must have an active, unrestricted, and free of disciplinary action license as a Dentist in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States.
