You will manage the preparation of robust, technically sound, and commercially competitive proposals for fluid/gas handling systems&mdash;including valves, regulators, fittings, and tubing.Your goal will be to align client requirements with TK-Fujikin&rsquo;s world-class solutions, while supporting strategic business growth in cutting-edge industries.Key ResponsibilitiesProposal Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead technical proposal development for RFQs, BOQs, P&amp;IDs, and custom client requirements</li><li>Interpret technical specs and engineering drawings to design compliant solutions</li><li>Select appropriate components based on media, pressure, purity, temperature, and materials</li><li>Oversee pricing, delivery estimates, and proposal documentation</li></ul>Technical Leadership<ul><li>Map or derive equivalent TK-Fujikin part numbers from client or third-party specs</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry norms and client-specific standards</li><li>Customize proposals for applications in Hydrogen, Semiconductor, Pharma, Oil &amp; Gas, Solar, and Bio-CNG</li><li>Lead and mentor junior proposal engineers (if applicable)</li></ul>Client &amp; Sales Engagement<ul><li>Join client meetings or calls to present and defend proposals</li><li>Assist sales teams with technical positioning and value differentiation</li><li>Personally lead high-value or complex project proposals</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with execution, procurement, and operations teams for seamless handovers</li><li>Track and ensure timely proposal submissions and revisions</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain organized records of templates, costing tools, spec sheets, and proposal archives</li><li>Support with vendor registrations, tenders, and compliance documentation</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience in process instrumentation or fluid/gas control systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of UHP systems, valves, regulators, tubing, and fittings</li><li>Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and engaging with customers</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, basic CAD reading, and ERP/CRM systems (preferred)</li><li>Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Leadership opportunity in a growing, future-focused engineering company</li><li>Exposure to next-generation fluid/gas control systems in clean energy and high-tech sectors</li><li>Work on mission-critical projects with global clients and technologies</li><li>Collaborative, growth-oriented environment</li></ul>To ApplyEmail your resume to hr@pramagroup.comJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
