We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers for an HR Executive position at our head office in Mohali.(Six days working) (For Females only)Job Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pmRoles and Responsibilities :<ul><li>Handle Recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Assistance in managing attendance, leave, and salary processing for employees.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance with ESIC, PF, Gratuity Acts.</li><li>Manage the admin task, i.e., stationery handling, ID cards, visiting cards of management.</li><li>Verify the Travelling allowance of the staff.</li><li>Handle the employees' grievances.</li></ul>Job Requirements :<ul><li>Master's in Business Administrations.
