Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Define and implement the national B2B sales roadmap across verticals (Education, Corporate, Industrial.,)</li><li>Identify high-potential accounts and drive a relationship-based approach to close long-term contracts</li><li>Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product lines and onboarding the entire team.</li><li>Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets</li></ul>Team Building &amp; Performance<ul><li>Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional and territory sales team</li><li>Define KPIs, review targets, and ensure accountability across all regions</li><li>Drive a high-performance culture with training, tools, and real-time feedback</li></ul>Channel Development<ul><li>Expand dealer/distributor network pan-India with clear onboarding and support structure</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation and brand visibility in new markets</li></ul>Partnerships &amp; Key Accounts<ul><li>Establish nominated partnerships with large educational institutions, retail groups, buying houses, and corporates</li><li>Lead negotiations and create value-driven proposals</li><li>Build partnerships with aggregators, institutions and manufacturers.</li></ul>Market Intelligence<ul><li>Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior</li><li>Recommend product, pricing, and promotional changes to stay ahead in the market</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Proven track record in leading B2B sales across institutional and corporate segments</li><li>Strong understanding of fabric performance attributes and customer applications</li><li>Ability to build and scale sales teams in a structured and target-driven manner</li><li>Experience working with dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, growth-first approach</li><li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with ERP/CRM and data-driven sales dashboards</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Experience in uniforms, work-wear, or corporate apparel verticals</li><li>Experience in fabric sales - knits</li><li>Existing networks with educational institutions, corporates is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to digital sales enablement and modern B2B sales tools</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;75,000.00 - &#8377;85,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>B2B sales: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
