Job Description:Experienced Required: 2+yrs with TamilNadu registrationRoles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the provision of quality patient care by maintaining the perfect medical record history of the patient.</li><li>Needs to take responsibility for the orientation and induction training for new and junior&rsquo;s staff nurses in the OT.</li><li>Accompanies the patient from ward to the operation theatre, and diagnostic department while a patient is with I.V. on</li><li>Responsible for documentation in peri-operative form, time out documentations, OT count forms instruments count form, SSI, OT utilization, OT register, implant register, and narcotic register.</li><li>Checks the inventory, CSSD items, Dressing Trolley, and Equipment in each shift.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
