Job Title: Non-IT RecruiterLocation: Shivajinagar, Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1 to 5 years Industry: Fire-safety and MEPJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles in domains such as sales, Service, finance, operations, HR, administration and MEP.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand job requirements for non-technical positions by collaborating with hiring managers.</li><li>Source candidates using various channels like job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Workindia, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and databases.</li><li>Conduct preliminary screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain up-to-date records using CRM or Excel trackers.</li><li>Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hiring processes and company policies.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment.</li><li>Strong understanding of various non-tech job functions and industry trends.</li><li>Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment or staffing agency environment.</li><li>Prior experience hiring for high-volume or niche non-tech roles.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work with a collaborative and energetic team</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;420,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience you have in Recruitment?</li><li>What was the positions you have Hired previously?</li><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
