 About the Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and organized
 
 Admin/Facility Manager
 
 to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, office infrastructure, and facility management of our IT services company. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace while supporting a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Facility &amp; Office Management:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Oversee the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of office premises and infrastructure.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage security, housekeeping, pantry services, and office upkeep through internal teams or outsourced vendors.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Plan and execute seating arrangements, workspace allocation, and infrastructure expansion as per business requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Vendor &amp; Asset Management:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors for facility-related services (housekeeping, security, supplies, office equipment, etc.).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Track and maintain an up-to-date asset inventory for office equipment, IT infrastructure, and company resources.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Administrative Operations:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Manage front office, courier services, visitor management, and other administrative functions.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Oversee travel management, accommodation, and logistics for employees and guests when required.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 IT &amp; Infrastructure Support Coordination:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Liaise with internal IT support and external vendors to maintain uninterrupted power supply, network, and infrastructure support.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for UPS, HVAC, elevators, and other critical systems.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Safety:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations for office premises (fire safety, workplace health regulations, etc.).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and oversee office emergency preparedness plans, security protocols, and evacuation procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Budgeting &amp; Reporting:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Prepare and manage facility budgets and expense tracking for administration-related activities.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Submit periodic reports on facility operations, vendor performance, and cost optimizations.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Must-Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years of experience in facilities and administrative management, preferably in IT/ITES industry.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong vendor management, negotiation, and operational skills.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of office infrastructure management, safety standards, and regulatory compliances.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience in managing multi-location office operations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Exposure to IT infrastructure support processes and business continuity protocols.
 
 
 </li>
