Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:

Sales representatives will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. Sometimes, sales representatives will focus on inside sales, which typically involves &quot;cold calling&quot; for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients.
<ul><li>Liaison between Pratt recycling plant locations and Pratt Recycling Sales Manager</li>
<li>Resolve issues as they arise with Customers and Plant Managers</li>
<li>Ability to accurately communicate equipment issues, account coordination and customer expectations
</li><li>Communicates with Plant Manager and Sales Manager with challenges or processes of customer</li>
<li>Follow all company policies per Employee Handbook &amp; Code of Conduct.</li>
<li>Follow all company safety guidelines.
</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li>

Hiring Requirements/Preferences

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in packaging, accounting or finance or business is a plus</li>
<li>Must have 1 years of experience in a recycling/sustainable sales role
</li><li>Must have a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word</li>
<li>Must be able to work overtime as needed.</li>
<li>Must be able to travel when deemed necessary, there will be some travel in this role</li>
<li>Must be able to travel weekly throughout region</li>
<li>Prefer Office Suite experience at intermediate level or above</li>
<li>Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Must be able to work with little to no supervision.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Professional Attitude &amp; conduct.</li>
<li>Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed.
</li><li>High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline</li>
<li>Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.</li>
<li>Travel and work away from home when and if required.</li>
<li>Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.</li>
<li>Strictly adhere to safety requirements and the policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.</li>
