As a practitioner for an Ayurveda clinic, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality Ayurvedic healthcare treatment to patients (coming to the Ayurveda clinic) and ensuring effective outcomes. You will be located at one of the company&rsquo;s clinics and treating patients.We will be starting with treating patients suffering from Osteoarthritis.We expect you to be compassionate, emphatic towards patients, explaining them clearly 		and focused towards curing them.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Evaluation:</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments looking at their medical history, doing physical examinations and using Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques.</li><li>Explain the diagnosis and the required treatment in detail to the patient clearing all their queries, concerns</li><li>Ayurvedic Treatment:</li><li>Administer Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and dietary recommendations ensuring effective outcome</li><li>Patient Education:</li><li>Educate patients on Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health measures.</li><li>Offer guidance on diet, exercise, and stress management in alignment with Ayurvedic practices.</li><li>Documentation:</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations.</li><li>Professional Development:</li><li>Stay informed about the latest developments in Ayurveda and related healthcare fields.</li><li>Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards in Ayurvedic practice.</li><li>Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid license to practice Ayurvedic medicine as per medical council.</li><li>Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience as an Ayurvedic physician .</li><li>Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in Ayurvedic treatment modalities</li><li>Compassion and empathy for patients</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Administrative skills and able to lead team of paramedical staff</li><li>Fully equipped to perform or supervise Panchakarma therapies</li><li>Conversant in Hindi, English, Marathi</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Postgraduate degree or specialization in Ayurveda.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role in an Ayurveda clinic</li><li>Knowledge of Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle counseling</li></ul>Compensation: 3.5-4Lacs per annum + Performance based IncentivesOur Vision: At Pravaayu Healthcare, our vision is to make people live healthier and happier lives!We are setting up a chain of Ayurveda clinics with a specific focus on patients suffering from Osteoarthritis.Our mission is to enrich lives of millions of people by providing them world&rsquo;s best standardized, caring and result-oriented ayurveda healthcare services and products backed by research and technologyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Ayurvedic Doctor: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
