We&rsquo;re Hiring: Senior IVF Registered Nurse- PreferredEmployment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ years in IVF or fertility nursing License: DHA Registered Nurse License (Mandatory)Location- Dubai Healthcare CityKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations in the IVF unit</li><li>Support physicians during OPU, ET, and other fertility procedures</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff</li><li>Coordinate individualized IVF treatment plans and patient medication schedules</li><li>Provide counseling, education, and ongoing support to patients throughout treatment</li><li>Ensure compliance with DHA protocols and clinic standards</li><li>Maintain detailed patient records and clinical documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid DHA Registered Nurse license</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF/fertility nursing</li><li>In-depth knowledge of IVF protocols and procedures</li><li>Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small clinical team</li><li>Compassionate, professional, and excellent in communication</li><li>Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
