1. Role OverviewThe HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training &amp; development, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR functioning in alignment with company goals and statutory requirements.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers.</li><li>Conduct interviews along with department heads.</li><li>Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.</li><li>Maintain updated manpower planning and forecasting.</li></ul>B. Attendance, Payroll &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, leaves, OT, and discipline.</li><li>Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance/Accounts.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, CLRA, Shops &amp; Establishment, etc.</li><li>Maintain HR MIS and statutory registers.</li></ul>C. Employee Relations &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.</li><li>Manage disciplinary actions in coordination with management.</li><li>Implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.</li></ul>D. Performance Management<ul><li>Drive annual/quarterly performance management cycle.</li><li>Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs with department heads.</li><li>Identify high performers and support management in promotions, increments, and rewards.</li></ul>E. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs through skill gap analysis.</li><li>Plan and organize internal and external training programs.</li><li>Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.</li></ul>F. HR Policies &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of HR systems (HRMS/Spine/etc.).</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.</li></ul>G. Administration<ul><li>Oversee administration functions such as security, housekeeping, transport, canteen (as assigned).</li><li>Vendor coordination and cost control.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.</li><li>Leadership and team-management abilities.</li><li>Conflict resolution &amp; problem-solving capability.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and reporting.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>4.
