Precise Behavioral, Inc. is hiring!We are seeking a dedicated tele-psychiatrist to join our team and provide exceptional mental health care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in an outpatient setting.Precise Behavioral (Precise) was established to revolutionize the behavioral healthcare ecosystem for patients, providers, and health plans. Precise is a physician-owned and led organization that enables a mix of digital, telehealth, in-person, and community resources for improved patient outcomes.Scope of job: To provide telepsychiatry mental health services for a hospital in West Hollywood. Includes evaluation of mental health patients referred from primary care, working with hospital, and Precise Behavioral staff.Skills:<ul><li>Strong diagnostic evaluation skills to assess mental health conditions accurately</li><li>Compassionate patient care approach with a focus on improving overall well-being</li><li>Experience working in an outpatient environment with diverse patient populations</li><li>Knowledge of various therapy techniques to address behavioral health concerns</li><li>Ability to collect and interpret data to inform treatment decisions</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans</li><li>Offer therapy and behavioral health interventions</li><li>Collect and maintain accurate patient data for treatment monitoring</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry</li><li>Board certification in Psychiatry</li><li>Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry</li><li>Valid California state medical license to practice as a psychiatrist</li><li>Active CA DEA</li></ul>This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health care.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: From $175.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Referral program</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>board certification in child and adolescent psychiatry (Required)</li><li>board certification in psychiatry (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
