Your next conversation could do the same.What you'll do<ul><li>Lead patient recruitment through outreach, physician referrals, digital campaigns, and direct engagement</li><li>Guide candidates through screening and informed consent with clarity and empathy</li><li>Coordinate daily trial activities: scheduling visits, conducting study procedures (vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy if certified), and maintaining data quality</li><li>Build strong relationships with investigators, sponsors, monitors, referring providers, and participants</li><li>Track enrollment metrics, troubleshoot barriers, and collaborate on solutions to meet or exceed study goals</li><li>Support regulatory submissions, monitor visits, and site quality assurance &mdash; in full compliance with GCP, FDA, and IRB requirements</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (nursing, life sciences, public health, or similar); equivalent experience considered</li><li>2+ years in clinical research (CRC experience highly preferred) OR proven healthcare/pharmaceutical sales experience</li><li>Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills &mdash; you build rapport quickly, handle objections gracefully, and always put ethics first</li><li>Comfortable presenting to groups, collaborating with physicians, and communicating with diverse patient populations</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and comfort with deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EDC systems, and EHRs; CCRC certification a plus</li></ul>Why Precise Research Centers?<ul><li>Advance your career fast &mdash; high performers typically move into senior roles within 18&ndash;24 months based on performance milestones and demonstrated leadership</li><li>Full support from day one &mdash; structured onboarding, hands-on shadowing, and a dedicated mentor who provides regular check-ins throughout your ramp</li><li>Grow your credentials &mdash; we actively support industry certifications and professional development</li><li>Do meaningful work &mdash; every enrollment helps bring a breakthrough treatment to someone who needs it</li><li>Competitive package &mdash; salary + health insurance + paid time off + additional staff benefits</li></ul>Pay: $24.35 - $29.33 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Healthcare: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Flowood, MS 39232 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
