We are searching for an Operations Analyst to support PMA-299 in Patuxent River, Maryland.</div> 

<div>Duties:</div>
<ul><li> Screen and distribute all correspondence.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and associated nomination criteria eligible to NAVAIR personnel updated on a regular basis to remain current.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare and maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and emergency procedures desk cards and forward to the Government for review and approval.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare and update floor plans, organization charts, and seating charts. Manage the coordination for facility work to include: environmental issues, Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC), emergency and repair calls, and Defense Reutilization and Management Office (DRMO) processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide travel management services including processing visit requests, country clearance requests for customers attending meetings within the Continental United States/Outside Continental United States (CONUS/OCONUS) and for incoming visitors.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and maintain contact lists and respond to muster drills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Review and provide recommendations regarding program documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare documentation required for program reviews and briefs such as Annual Program of Record Briefings (APORs), Executive Review Board (ERB) briefs and Executive Steering Boards (ESB) briefs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop, prepare and consolidate input and coordinate the production of professional quality copies for program and executive level briefs/presentations presented by the PM, DPM or IPT</li></ul>
<ul><li> Review Congressional language &amp; suggest strategies of improving communication among Congressional staff and program office. Respond to Congressional, DoD, other Government agency, media or industry inquiries, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) audits, and Congressional testimony.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide conference room support including supporting the set up/operation of audiovisuals, Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) and teleconferencing; and Defense Connect Online (DCO) meetings setup</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain personnel recall roster and all distro lists, manage onboarding/offboarding processes</li></ul>
<ul><li> Work all internal/external taskers utilizing the official tasker tool as well as MS TEAMS</li></ul>
<ul><li> Work all Public Release requests</li></ul>
<ul><li> Will directly support the Lead Operations Officer</li></ul> 


Required Education:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BA/BS) 

Allowable substitution: 


Associate&rsquo;s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree. 

 OR 

Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree. 


Required Experience:

Three (3) &ndash; Ten (10) years of experience
Desired Experience:
Proficiency with Aircraft &amp; Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), Microsoft TEAMS

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems&rsquo; total compensation package.
