Overview:

The job of a User Experience Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life. In this role, you'll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for our clients around the world. The UX Designer demonstrates leadership in bringing products to market focused not only on product design but also the End-to-End Client Experience. You will function as a stakeholder advocating for the user while bringing balance to business and technical needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other experts from the design team, technical leaders and business leaders.

What you will do:

<li>Define the user interface for new and existing products and features.</li>
<li>Develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.</li>
<li>Gauge the usability of products and making constructive suggestions for change.</li>
<li>Planning and estimating work.</li>
<li>Validate development work to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of designs.</li>
<li>Plan, run, and synthesize qualitative &amp; quantitative user research.</li>
<li>Contribute to the Design System.</li>

What we are looking for:

<li>Prior work related and educational experiences required for the position.</li>
<li>BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>1 - 3 years of experience in a related field.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces.</li>
<li>Professional References.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of a business or domain area.</li>
<li>Must have a portfolio of past design work.</li>
<li>Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools like Figma, XD, Axure, or Sketch.</li>
<li>Creating user journeys, personas, scenarios, navigational maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.</li>
<li>Planning and running usability testing and synthesizing results into actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to inform design decisions.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile practices and working with agile development teams.</li>
<li>Web application design experience highly preferred.</li>
<li>Familiar with Design Thinking and Lean UX principles &amp; techniques.</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise software preferred.</li>
<li>Curious and passionate about innovation and design.</li>
<li>Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods.</li>
<li>Able to lead and adapt to changing priorities.</li>
<li>Collaborative, flexible and communicative.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable presenting recommendations to colleagues and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Design Thinking and Lean UX principles &amp; techniques.</li>
