<div>Here at Precision AQ we are building a Data Hub, a centralized platform team, to be responsible for consolidating legacy data infrastructure, establishing enterprise data foundation and governance and enabling AI/ML capabilities across the organization. The Data Hub is moving from strategy to execution. Job Summary:

<li>Stand up and scale a high-performing engineering team</li>
<li>Own day-to-day engineering operations: sprint delivery, technical quality, capacity planning</li>
<li>Drive technical excellence: architecture decisions, code quality, DevOps/GitOps practices, production reliability</li>
<li>Be the primary escalation point for technical blockers, cross-team dependencies and delivery risks</li>
<li>Partner with the SVP on hiring, team development, vendor relationships and strategic planning</li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Engineering Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and platform engineers. Set expectations, run 1:1s, manage performance, and create an environment where strong engineers want to stay and grow. You are accountable for the team's output, quality, and morale.</li>
<li>Sprint Delivery and Capacity Management: Own the engineering delivery cadence. Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Manage capacity across concurrent workstreams (platform build, migrations, feature development). Ensure commitments are realistic and met.</li>
<li>Technical Design and Architecture: Lead technical design reviews and architectural decisions. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our medallion data architecture. You don't need to design everything yourself, but you need to ensure designs are sound before they go to production.</li>
<li>Engineering Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce engineering practices: such as code review, branching strategy, CI/CD, testing, documentation, incident management.</li>
<li>Partner with SVP on Hiring and Onboarding.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the engineering interface to Insights Hub, Evidence Solutions, Product Solutions, and IT. Translate business requirements into technical scope. Manage dependencies with Corporate IT, Security, and external vendors. Escalate blockers early and clearly.</li>
<li>Platform Operations and Reliability: Ensure production systems meet SLAs. Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.</li>

Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>5/8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or platform engineering roles</li>
<li>3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance management, delivery accountability)</li>
<li>Direct experience with modern data stack: cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred), transformation frameworks, orchestration tools</li>
<li>Track record of delivering complex data platform initiatives, such as migrations, consolidations, greenfield builds</li>
<li>Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments</li>
<li>Be able to review code, debug production issues and make sound architectural judgements.</li>

<div>Precision AQ is seeking a Vice President, Oncology Clinical Solutions to lead strategic market access initiatives that leverage clinical insight, provider behavior, and real-world evidence. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping how oncology therapies are evaluated, positioned, and accessed across the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

The VP will leverage deep clinical expertise and drug utilization management experience to guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics. This role also plays a critical leadership function in advancing OncoGenius, Precision AQ's proprietary oncology market intelligence platform, and translating provider insights into actionable strategies that improve product access and adoption.
Lastly, this role is member of Precision's Access Experience Team (AET), our on-staff decision-makers and influencers with experience spanning health plans, specialty pharmacy, PBMs and provider organizations.

Strategic Client Leadership

<ul><li>Provide strategic insights to optimize market access objectives by navigating competitive challenges within the payer and provider ecosystem</li>
<li>Engage in strategic planning, tactic ideation, creation and execution</li>

<li>Lead development and annual updates to syndicated reports</li>
<li>Direct client training education and utilization for portfolio OncoGenius solutions</li>
<li>Develop ad hoc research projects to solve client strategic needs</li>

 Market Research and Client Delivery
<ul>
<li>Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content</li>
<li>Provide &quot;voice of customer (VOC)&quot; insights to engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius solutions based on client interactions and market intelligence</li>

Business Development Support:

Requirements/Qualifications
<ul><li>Deep clinical expertise in oncology. PharmD, BCOP preferred</li>
<li>10+ years of clinical oncology or oncology administration experience</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug utilization management and related IT platforms that govern formularies, EHR treatment plans and pathways as an access decision-maker</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience working with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies:
<ul>
<li>Exceptional communication, presentation and engagement skills for small and large audiences</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business impact</li>
<li>Proficiency with analytics, survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), and Microsoft Office tools</li>
