Position Summary:

The candidate is a software developer with a wide-ranging knowledge of application development and experience working with application support. The candidate will be responsible for the building, configuration and delivery of client-facing applications. The candidate may assist with support for the development of process enhancements under the guidance of the team leads. Responsibilities will also include day-to-day maintenance of the health care application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation, root cause analysis, manage communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members. This role will report directly to the Software Engineering Lead of Precision AQ, India. This person will also work collaboratively with both product and operations team members to support execution of the technology strategy for the development of both products and platform.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Represents the Application Operations / Development team on all active projects.</li>
<li>Participates in the daily application operations / development stand-up meetings.</li>
<li>Follows established procedures for change management across applications where changes are necessary.</li>
<li>Documents and maintains the application operations / development standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets the industry standards and best practices.</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot issues related to API services, databases, and other backend systems.</li>
<li>Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions</li>
<li>Support assessments of internal systems and process, including revisions or re-design where necessary</li>
<li>Support technology reviews assessing how common code and technologies can work efficiently across service lines</li>
<li>Support continued adoption of cutting-edge technology, through both new offerings and realizing the full value from existing providers and tools</li>
<li>Configure and update client-facing applications exactly as per requirements gathered by engagement teams and follow the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) guidelines in this process.</li>
<li>Creates WIKI articles for common processes that are repeated and can be shared with others.</li>
<li>Configure Single Sign On integrations for client builds.</li>
<li>Support the development of product unit tests that will be used for future application regression testing.</li>
<li>Measures application development key performance indicators, for example: bug density, sprint analysis, test coverage, etc.</li>
</ul>
Future functions of the job include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Work with the Product Team to support, implement new application enhancements and features.</li>
<li>Ensures all application changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.</li>
<li>Interact with end users, internal users, development vendors, data analysts, and other engagement team members.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E.) or in Technology (B. Tech.). Degree in computer science or related fields preferred.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Required
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in related field and working as a frontend application engineer/developer (level 1/2)</li>
<li>Strong grasp on GIT fundamentals and experience with day-to-day usage</li>
<li>Hands on knowledge of the following tools and technologies: Vue.js, HTML, CSS, d3 &amp; SQL Server</li>
<li>Experience with an Agile Development Lifecycle</li>
<li>Experience in web application configuration and templating.</li>
<li>Operational knowledge of Team Foundation Server, or Azure DevOps and Octopus</li>
<li>Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment methodologies</li>
<li>Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud</li>
</ul>
Other Required:
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage.</li>
<li>Azure hosting components</li>
<li>May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays up to 5%&quot;</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipeline tool</li>
<li>Experience with .NET framework</li>
<li>Experience with SQL</li>
<li>Familiarity with concepts like Modularization</li>
<li>Familiarity of Data Structures concepts</li>
<li>Working knowledge of US Healthcare / Market Access would be an advantage.</li>
<li>Experience developing in HIPAA and GDPR compliant ecosystem</li>
</ul>

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal skills including ability to clearly respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, and members of the business community. Must possess a rapid agility to reply to emails, provide instructions of work stream necessities or issues encountered, business and report writings in a succinct and informative manner.</li>
<li>Business Judgment and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think, act, and deliver value in the best interest of our clients with respect to common practices of the healthcare consulting field. Ability to extrapolate from the specific to the general and interpret from the general to the specific.</li>
<li>Analytic Skills: Framing macro problems into action steps or work plans for resolutions. Structuring a persuasive client presentation based on in-depth or expansive excel spreadsheets. Demonstrable interpretive and solution identification skills with the ability to understand multiple types of quantitative and qualitative data heightened with strong resolution skills.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively across the organization to accomplish team goals is critical. The successful candidate must possess excellent judgment, management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work with team members to convey results, incorporate enhancements and productionize processes across projects. Must be able to understand the dynamics of how a team interconnects and relies upon every member.</li>
<li>Strategic Thinking: Conceptualize outside of the aspects of a project at hand, with an ability to visualize how the work contributes to and drives forward the overall project.</li>
<li>Solutions oriented: must be able to display resourcefulness and confidence under pressure</li>
<li>Resilience: must be able to look past obstacles and roadblocks, ask questions and for support, and find their way around any obstacle.</li>
