<div></div><div><div><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Regional/Senior Trade Compliance Manager to oversee trade compliance activities across five to seven manufacturing facilities located [insert locations of sites]. This leadership position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade compliance field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful trade compliance programs. The Regional/Senior Trade Compliance Manager will manage and support a team of on-site trade compliance personnel, resolve complex import and export transactions, and ensure compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), EAR (Export Administration Regulations), and Customs regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for the on-site Trade Compliance Officers and assist the Division Compliance Manager with strategic compliance projects, including training and auditing activities. The Regional/Senior Trade Compliance Manager will lead the site&rsquo;s trade compliance programs, including the preparation, filing, and maintenance of BIS and DDTC export license applications.</p><p>
As the Regional/Senior Trade Compliance Manager, you will assist with internal audits and ensure that all trade compliance procedures, including the application for and maintenance of export licenses, are properly executed. You will have the independent authority to inquire into any aspect of a proposed export or import, verify its propriety and the accuracy of the information submitted, and stop any current or anticipated transaction that is in violation of statutory or regulatory requirements.</p><p>
This position requires at least five years of experience working with ITAR and EAR regulated goods as well as direct experience submitting export license applications via DECCS and SNAP-R and managing export licenses post-approval. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Division Compliance Manager to maintain compliance and ensure effective solutions for all regulatory challenges.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>
Comply with the PCC Code of Conduct Requirements and Export Compliance Manual/Handbook.</li><li>
Manage and oversee trade compliance activities for multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs regulations, and other relevant trade laws.</li><li>
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trade compliance personnel, assisting in problem-solving and resolving complex import and export transactions.</li><li>
Directly support manufacturing sites in developing, maintaining, and updating export and import procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Apply for export licenses using DECCS (Defense Export Control and Compliance System) and SNAP-R (Simplified Network Application Process &ndash; Redesign)</li><li>
Manage export licenses post-approval.</li><li>
Monitor and ensure the proper application of exceptions and exemptions for export and import transactions.</li><li>
Review and approve export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.</li><li>
Collaborate with manufacturing sites to ensure that all internal compliance processes and policies are implemented effectively and consistently across locations.</li><li>
Assist site-level Senior Trade Compliance Managers with internal audits, identify areas of improvement, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>
Ensure proper record-keeping and reporting in accordance with ITAR, EAR, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Stay updated on changes to trade regulations, customs policies, and export control laws, and adjust compliance processes as necessary.</li><li>
Support the resolution of compliance-related issues or challenges that arise within the organization.</li><li>
May require up to 20% travel to various manufacturing sites to provide direct support and oversight.</li><li>
Maintain familiarity with all foreign national, non-U.S. persons working in your facility, their basic job responsibilities and whether there are any deemed export risks</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b>:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, with a demonstrated history of success in building, managing, and maintaining a trade compliance program.</li><li>
Expertise in applying for and managing export licenses through DECCS and SNAP-R systems.</li><li>
Strong understanding of ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs regulations, and other international trade laws and regulations.</li><li>
Proven experience managing and overseeing trade compliance operations at multiple manufacturing sites.</li><li>
Direct experience with complex import and export transactions and solving compliance challenges.</li><li>
Experience with internal auditing and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of trade compliance professionals.</li><li>

Provide the technical interface between the customer and PCC Structurals &ndash; Aluminum Operations. Manage the daily technical issues, understand product end use and material constraints, define internal requirements necessary to produce the product and address any customer technical concerns if a product fails to meet expectations.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><br>

Manage the startup of multiple new parts from blue print receipt to delivery.</li><li>
Manage the actualization of customer changes and revisions.</li><li>
Write instructions for production of new parts.</li><li>
Track sample castings, initiate corrections and adjustments required in a timely manner.</li><li>
Modify instructions and/or write tool order to correct and improve parts.</li><li>
Manage the daily technical issues as appropriate to ensure a consistent and reliable product.</li><li>
Define and approve process items necessary to meet the product material and end use property constraints.</li><li>
Communicate with customers and the Sales department on the status of new parts.</li><li>
Maintain an ongoing technical interface via technical meetings and discussions with customer.</li><li>
Perform necessary technical evaluations to address any customer concern. Investigate claims and document findings.</li><li>
Work with a senior product engineer to set up the gating, investing, casting, and heat treat instructions for new aluminum castings.</li><li>
Provide the necessary technical support as required to other areas of the organization.</li><li>
Active participant in Sample, New Part Introduction and design review meetings.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Strong technical knowledge.</li><li>

Ability to troubleshoot and address any customer concerns.</li><li>

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, optimizing, and supervising forging and die processes to produce technically sound and high-quality forged products. This role combines hands-on shop floor guidance with advanced simulation and analytical techniques to improve productivity, material flow, and mechanical properties. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams including Forge, Metallurgy, Quality, and Manufacturing, and ensures all activities align with safety standards and company policies.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Identify and implement process improvements based on real-time observations and feedback from production teams.</li><li>
Direct die designers in tool design and modifications based on operational needs and performance data.</li><li>

Create technical drawings, sketches, templates, and other production aids.</li><li>
Conduct basic and advanced inspections of dies and forgings to ensure dimensional and mechanical integrity.</li><li>
Troubleshoot process failures and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Supervise forging, heat treating, conditioning, and hot inspection operations (processes).</li><li>
Assist Quality Control in auditing external vendors and identifying process deviations.</li><li>
Write technical reports and internal specifications to control complex aerospace forging processes.</li><li>
Coordinate fabrication of new equipment and process enhancements to improve material flow and process efficiency.</li><li>
Develop methodologies to streamline workflows and link processes sequentially or concurrently.</li><li>
