Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining an efficient warehouse environment. The inventory clerk is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operation of all warehouse activities. This includes shipping, receiving, and kitting. It also includes maintaining the inventory in the warehouse to ensure counts remain accurate and products are stored safe from becoming damaged.Duties<ul><li>Pack and send finished goods to customers.</li><li>Ensure materials are packaged correctly safe from damage.</li><li>Ensures final product reaches customers as required.</li><li>Identify parts associated on Bill of Materials (BOM)</li><li>Kitting material for production use.</li><li>Maintains inventory accuracy in ERP system.</li><li>Storing material in the correct inventory locations &ndash; matching ERP inventory location and counts</li><li>Match POs to deliveries, verify materials ordered are correct.</li><li>Issuing (shortages) material as needed to the correct production jobs.</li><li>Positive work attitude that helps develop strong relationships with co-workers.</li><li>Works with a sense of urgency to complete tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.</li><li>Takes initiative to continually improve performance and work processes through feedback, problem solving, and generating new ideas.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting as required during stocking and materials handling tasks.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.</li></ul>Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse distribution, or supply chain analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400, MRP, or other warehouse management software.</li><li>Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
