The Web Developer &amp; Designer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites/web applications. The role requires a blend of creative design skills and strong technical development expertise to deliver functional and engaging digital experiences that align with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development<ul><li>Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, React, Angular, Vue).</li><li>Work with backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, or .NET) to integrate APIs, databases, and server-side logic.</li><li>Optimize website performance, load speed, and scalability.</li><li>Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile compatibility.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).</li></ul>Web Design<ul><li>Create intuitive, visually appealing, and brand-aligned UI/UX designs.</li><li>Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.</li><li>Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web interfaces.</li><li>Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance) are met.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams for smooth project execution.</li><li>Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring security patches and bug fixes.</li><li>Document development processes and provide training/support to internal teams when required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Web Developer, Web Designer, or Full Stack Developer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, or custom CMS).</li><li>Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and hosting environments.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
