Seven Pines | Southeast Jacksonville (Southside Area)
Precision Imaging Centers is growing! We are excited to announce a new state-of-the-art imaging center opening in Seven Pines, located in Southeast Jacksonville&rsquo;s Southside area near the intersection of I-295 and Butler Boulevard.
We are seeking Radiologic Technologists who are motivated to advance their careers by cross-training in Mammography. This is a unique opportunity to gain specialized skills in a high-demand modality while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Training &amp; Work Location:<ul><li>
Initial training will take place at our Gate Parkway center</li><li>
Must be willing to commute between Gate Parkway and Seven Pines</li><li>
Training period: Minimum of 6 months to achieve Mammography registration</li><li>
Transition to Seven Pines location upon opening later this year</li></ul>
Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-Time</li><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday | 8:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>
Obtain and review patient medical histories</li><li>
Interpret physician orders and prepare for imaging procedures</li><li>
Educate and guide patients to ensure comfort and cooperation</li><li>
Position patients and operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images</li><li>
Evaluate images for quality and accuracy</li><li>
Assist radiologists with procedures as needed</li><li>
Support other modalities and team members when necessary</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
ARRT (R) required</li><li>
BLS certification required</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Willingness to train and become Mammography certified</li><li>
Strong communication and patient care skills</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>
Venipuncture experience preferred (willing to train)</li><li>
Medical terminology knowledge preferred</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs</li></ul>
