Must have familiarity with Quickbooks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Invoicing customers, entering vendor billing, handle accounting issues regarding billing and receiving as they arise, manage incoming payments and deposits, answering phones, ensure messages are properly received by personnel, greet and assist customers, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, coordinate with specific vendors and in-house shipping for delivery of shipments, obtain bids for various expenditures, filing, scanning documents, ad-hoc assignments as necessary. Knowledge of word and excel not necessary but helpful.Must be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Must have a positive attitude and willing to take on additional tasks when necessary.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
