Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform research for potential clients.</li><li>Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.</li><li>Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks, if needed.</li><li>Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory.</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse clients and staff.</li><li>Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously without missing deadlines.</li></ul>Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Sugar Land, TX 77478
