Project Controls CoordinatorPrecision Piping &amp; Fabrication &ndash; Mount Carroll, ILPrecision Piping &amp; Fabrication is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Controls Coordinator to support our project operations team.This role is responsible for maintaining accurate project financial records and documentation within our project management system. The position works closely with Project Managers, Operations, and our accounting team to ensure project costs, invoices, receipts, and financial documentation are properly recorded and organized.This is a systems-focused operations role that helps ensure our projects remain financially organized and our leadership team has reliable project cost visibility.What You'll DoThe Project Controls Coordinator helps maintain the accuracy and organization of our project management system.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Enter vendor invoices and project expenses into the project management system</li><li>Upload and organize project receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation</li><li>Assign costs to the correct project and cost categories</li><li>Maintain organized digital project files and documentation</li><li>Monitor projects for missing financial documentation</li><li>Follow up with project managers regarding missing invoices or receipts</li><li>Coordinate project financial documentation with our accounting team</li><li>Maintain accuracy and organization within our project management platform</li></ul>What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with software systems and digital documentation.Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes</li><li>Strong computer and data management skills</li><li>Comfortable working in software systems and digital platforms</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills</li><li>High level of personal accountability</li></ul>Experience with project management or CRM platforms such as JobTread, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is helpful but not required.This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who<ul><li>Enjoys working with systems and software</li><li>Takes pride in accurate documentation and organization</li><li>Notices details others miss</li><li>Likes structured processes and keeping information organized</li><li>Enjoys supporting operations behind the scenes</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Project financial records remain accurate and up to date</li><li>Job costs are entered promptly and correctly</li><li>Project documentation remains organized and complete</li><li>Accounting receives clean, organized financial documentation</li><li>Leadership can rely on accurate project financial information</li></ul>Position DetailsFull-Time Location: Mount Carroll, IL In-office positionIf you enjoy working with systems, organization, and making sure the details are right, we would love to meet you.Apply today to join the Precision Piping team.Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your typing speed (WPM)?</li><li>Do you have experience working in any project management or CRM software?
