This individual should have proven leadership/management experience and a desire to support a team of top notch electricians. Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Install electrical equipment such as generators, panels, and car chargers</li><li>
Oversee the Electricians and determine training or coaching needed</li><li>
Work with Management team to ensure inventory needs are met</li><li>
Estimate Electrical upgrades</li><li>
Oversee the schedule to ensure jobs are completed as estimated</li><li>
Clearly communicate job expectations to electricians as needed</li><li>
Run wire and connect to generators, condensing units and boilers</li><li>
Run new wire in retrofit situations</li><li>
Update miscellaneous wiring, switch plate, recessed lighting and outlets</li><li>
Evaluate homes and offices for electrical safety and make safety recommendations to clients as needed</li><li>
Establish trust and rapport with clients</li><li>
Use electrical formulas to determine pipe fill, device, panel size and disconnect</li><li>
Operate in a professional manner</li><li>
Lead by example and Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, work area and well inventoried truck</li></ul>
Qualifications/Skills Required:<ul><li>
Michigan Electrical Master license</li><li>
Clean driving record and valid driving license</li><li>
Experienced in providing great service to residential customers</li><li>
Ability to look at the job and see the best solutions for the customer</li><li>
Positive attitude with high integrity</li><li>

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with training Apprentice Service Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training as needed.
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Valid drivers license and clean driving record</li><li>
3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience</li><li>
Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.</li><li>
Work from 12' step ladder.</li><li>
Comfortable with troubleshooting and repair of forced air furnaces</li><li>
Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.</li><li>
Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers</li><li>
Comfortable utilizing technology to process customer data onsite</li><li>
Desire to offer exceptional customer care</li><li>
Desire to educate customers about the value and options the company can offer them.</li><li>
Experience with residential boilers is a plus</li><li>
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue this within 3 months</li><li>
NATE certification or willingness to pursue this within 1 year</li></ul>
