PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for tacking/welding and processing parts by performing duties and responsibilities listed below. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the person will:<ul><li>
Tack/Weld/fabricate and repair equipment and tooling.</li><li>
Grinding/Cleaning/Beveling fit-up of welds where required.</li><li>
Utilize the correct weld gauge for the correct size weld.</li><li>
Use and Understand various paperwork, including schedules, prints, &amp; tech standards.</li><li>
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by practicing good housekeeping and organization in their work area.</li><li>
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results within budget, time, and quality specifications.</li><li>
As business needs arise, complete assignments in other areas and related task assignments in work areas under the guidance of lead or supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations.</li></ul><div><ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.</li><li>
Continually participate in additional training related to the job.</li></ul></div>

Operate various pieces of equipment.</li><li>

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Plant Utility is responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties across the plant to support production and operational needs. This role ensures the efficient production of parts and components that meet company and customer specifications while providing flexible assistance wherever needed to maintain workflow and meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee owner&rsquo;s tasks and responsibilities may include:<div><ul><li>
Flexibly supporting operations across the plant by performing assignments and tasks in various areas as directed by lead or supervisor to meet evolving business needs.</li><li>

Operating various machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision components according to specifications.</li><li>

Troubleshooting machine issues, altering programs or machine settings to ensure efficient and accurate operations.</li><li>
Inspecting and measuring finished products using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet specifications.</li><li>
