Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our clients financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP, and will be proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.</li><li>Record and reconcile monthly data for multiple clients.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.</li><li>Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.</li><li>Prepare and process sales tax returns and payroll tax returns.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all accounting practices.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks financial software to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements<ul><li>Proven 5+ years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.</li><li>Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles.</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and Word.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred, however a Associate's degree in Accounting is required.</li><li>Not a remote position, must be able to physically work in our Redlands office.</li></ul>Join our team as a Full Charge Bookkeeper where you can contribute your expertise while growing professionally within a supportive environment!Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Redlands, CA 92373 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
