 Some of your Responsibilities include:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment uptime and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly maintenance situations from one shift to another, including Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plant wide accountabilities for operational aspects including progress toward quality and production goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality and housekeeping.

 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 You will have a minimum of a HS diploma and 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting in electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, over-head cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring in addition to the following:

 Strong industrial electrical experience required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn process, equipment specifications and company standards by actively consulting resources, associates, manuals, training department and policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problems. Able to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be computer literate, familiar with the Windows Operating system.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description 
The Quality Group Leader will provide support to the Quality Manager. This role will include insuring product quality by providing proper standards and physical test requirements to production, customer communication and follow up, routine clerical duties and furnishing reports. This position is in an industrial setting. You will be required to be &ldquo;on the floor&rdquo; and around equipment for the majority of your shift.
Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>
Responsible for verifications and calibrations of scales, measuring and testing equipment</li><li>
Responsible for training on multiple jobs and functions of the wet section and QC lab</li><li>
Fills in as an operator or inspector as needed</li><li>
Supports employees with direction and troubleshooting of work functions</li><li>
Maintains clean and organized work area according to 5S standards</li></ul>
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Paint:<ul><li>
Work with Paint Suppliers to manage Standards &amp; TDS&rsquo;S entry in AS400</li><li>
Complete Draw-downs upon request</li><li>
Manage Non-Conformance paint process</li><li>
Ensure copies of TDS&rsquo;s are filed for plant reference</li></ul>
Verifications:<ul><li>
Manage Verifications and Calibrations of all coating line testing equipment</li><li>
Manage Verifications and Calibrations of all scales and measuring equipment</li></ul>
Wet Section:<ul><li>
Manage Wet Section chemical inventory</li><li>
Manage Wet Section maintenance</li><li>
Work with Henkel during visits, own findings in the Henkel Scorecard</li><li>
Audit Wet Section conditions while line is running</li></ul>
Other:<ul><li>
Organize and maintain mill samples and retains</li><li>
Cut and ship customer requested samples</li><li>
Audit physical testing on coating line</li><li>
Disposition coils in AS400 when needed</li><li>
Performs monthly and quarterly proficiency testing</li><li>
Fills in w/in Quality Department as needed</li><li>
Assist Quality Manager with customer communication</li><li>
Assist Quality Manager with maintaining controlled documents</li></ul>

Repetitive use of hands to press buttons and operate line controls</li><li>

Qualifications 
As the selected candidate you will have a Minimum of a High School diploma and one to three years of experience in a clerical or administrative position at a manufacturing facility.<ul><li>
Typing 45 wpm and good business writing, editing &amp; proofreading skills.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Organization skills and ability to start and complete tasks on a deadline with little supervision.</li><li>
Ability to interact with all employees, customers, vendors and other contacts in a positive, business-like manner.</li><li>
Knowledgeable in running the wet section and quality processes, familiar with SOPs and work instructions for both areas</li><li>
High school level reading and writing, visual acuity to read labels, meters, gauges, documents and instructions</li><li>
2 or more years work experience in an industrial or warehouse environment</li><li>
Ability to safely operate small manual and electric hand tools</li><li>
Available to work up to 12 hours per day on rotating shifts, that could include weekends and holidays</li><li>
Regular and on-time attendance.</li></ul>
