Job DescriptionRole Objective: Responsible for executing day-to-day procurement operations including vendor interaction, quotation comparison, PO generation, material inward coordination, and support in engineering/maintenance purchases. Ensures timely supply of RM/PM and plant consumables used in PET preforms, rigid containers, and flexible packaging production.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Research &amp; Quota on Handling :Research and evaluate new suppliers for raw, packaging, and engineering materials. Request and collect quotations for routine and urgent requirements.Prepare comparative statements and offer summaries for review and finalization by Purchase Manager.Purchase Order &amp; Follow-Up Management :Generate POs in ERP for RM/PM such as PET resin, films, closures, adhesives, inks, masterbatches, engineering spares, etc.Follow up with suppliers on all orders placed to ensure timely delivery. &#61623;Track order status, invoices, and coordinate with stores for MRN.Engineering &amp; Spares Procurement :&#61623;Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for procurement of plant machinery spares, consumables, and electrical/electronic items.urgent local purchase of critical machine parts and workshop materials.Maintain records and verify availability against maintenance indents.Records &amp; Documentation :Maintain PO copies, rate approval files, supplier MSDS/COA, and advance payment logs. Track all advance payments made to vendors and coordinate for timely invoice booking. Ensure timely availability of GRN/MRN and assist in payment processing.Inventory &amp; MIS Support :Monitor stock levels of RM/PM and consumables, and alert manager on re-order needs. Maintain and share local purchase registers and cost trackers. &#61623;Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for internal reviews.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
