Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with core experience in bulk hiring for EdTech and BPO sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, driving high-volume hiring campaigns, and delivering quality talent within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding</li><li>Handle bulk hiring drives for business development, customer service, and operations roles</li><li>Source candidates using various job portals, databases, social media, and employee referrals</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate suitability</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>6 Months &ndash;1 years of core HR recruitment experience, specifically in bulk hiring</li><li>Experience hiring for EdTech and/or BPO roles is mandatory</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods</li><li>Experience in using ATS and recruitment tools</li><li>Prior experience in hiring for sales, tele-calling, academic counseling, or support roles</li></ul>To apply, send your CV to hr@pregradcampus.in or contact 9205004073.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
