Customer Support Representative (CSR) &ndash; E-commerce PlatformsLocation : Multan, Pakistan Prelogex Ltd (UK-Based Company) Job Type : Full-time | 12 PM &ndash; 9 PM (PKT)About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing in-house team in Multan. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication and case management across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for responding to customer messages, resolving issues, managing returns, and ensuring accounts remain in good standing.If you are organised, confident in communication, and experienced in e-commerce support, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other channels</li><li>Handle customer cases such as returns, refunds, A-to-Z claims, and negative feedback</li><li>Monitor order delays, missing shipments, and coordinate with warehouse operations where required</li><li>Maintain strong understanding of marketplace metrics (ODR, defect rate, late shipment)</li><li>Keep accurate records of cases, reports, and customer communication</li><li>Ensure responses comply with platform policies and protect account health</li><li>Assist in preventing repeat issues by identifying common problems</li><li>Provide daily/weekly updates to management on customer support activity</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; ExperiencePrevious experience in customer support for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platformsStrong written communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers with professionalismBasic understanding of e-commerce order flow, shipping, and fulfilmentFamiliarity with tools such as Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Gmail, Excel, Trello/ClickUpAbility to work full UK business hours (12 PM &ndash; 9 PM PKT)Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to stay calm during escalations</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes</li><li>Ability to prioritise multiple tasks across platforms</li></ul>What We OfferCompetitive salaryA supportive, growth-focused work environmentOpportunity to work with UK-based teams and international marketsLong-term career developmentLocationThis is an on-site position based in Multan, Pakistan.
