Premier Allergy, Asthma, &amp; Sinus Care is seeking a hardworking, dedicated and reliable Medical Scribe to join our practice. This is a unique opportunity to work and grow with a professional team in our fast-paced, expanding outpatient allergy clinic.<ul><li>Monday- Friday availability required</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits available</li><li>Full-time position</li><li>Lincoln Park and Loop offices (main locations); will require occasional travel to satellite offices</li><li>Some light evening hours will be required</li></ul>Essential Functions/Tasks of the position include:<ul><li>Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam</li><li>Assist the provider in writing consultation letters regarding a patient&rsquo;s case</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail</li><li>Effectively manage stress in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills</li><li>Monitor lab and radiology order results</li><li>Navigate our electronic medical record and internal systems</li><li>Provide other administrative support as necessary, including research and reports</li><li>Additional administrative tasks may apply</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to type over 40 WPM</li></ul>*Previous scribe experience preferred*Pay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Allergy &amp; Immunology</li></ul>Work Location: In person
