The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of camera equipment, lighting, audio, editing software, and visual composition while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture High-Quality Photography &amp; Video</li><li>Capture professional photography and videography for projects, events, products, facilities, team members, and company initiatives</li><li>Ensure professional image quality, composition, lighting, and framing</li><li>Capture clean, professional-quality audio during shoots</li><li>Select and properly set up cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and related equipment</li><li>Manage shoots from setup through completion</li><li>Production &amp; Editing</li><li>Edit and enhance photography and video footage for final production</li><li>Perform color correction, audio balancing, visual enhancements, and post-production editing</li><li>Review and recheck work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met</li><li>&middot; Maintain consistency in production quality across all projects</li><li>Project Management &amp; Organization</li><li>Organize footage, photography files, and project assets</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality</li><li>Prioritize assignments and adapt to changing schedules or project needs</li><li>Maintain equipment and ensure proper care of production tools</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Problem Solving</li><li>Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand project objectives</li><li>Provide ideas and recommendations regarding visual approach and execution</li><li>Resolve production challenges quickly and professionally</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of professional photography and videography experience preferred</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video work</li><li>Experience operating professional camera systems and production equipment</li><li>Experience with lighting and audio equipment</li><li>Experience using editing software</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate Will:✔ Have exceptional attention to detail ✔ Understand the importance of high-quality audio and visuals ✔ Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects ✔ Work independently with minimal supervision ✔ Adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments ✔ Be dependable and solution-oriented ✔ Balance creativity with disciplined execution ✔ Take pride in producing polished, professional workWhat Success Looks Like&middot; Consistent delivery of professional-quality photography and videography&middot; Strong attention to detail with minimal rework required&middot; High production standards in video, audio, and photography quality&middot; Timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality<ul><li>If you are passionate about producing professional photography and video work and believe the details make all the difference, we would love to hear from you.
