<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences</li>
<li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Outplay, or similar) and social media channels</li>
<li>Analytical mindset and attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn</li>
