 Compensation: $16 - $18 an hour, based on experience and education
 
 
 Shift: Monday thru Friday; 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

 To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, CDA or higher,and the ability to pass all background checks.Early Childhood Professional Credential LV 2+ or Formal Education/ECE Experience required
 
 
 Required Shift:Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm-6:00 pm

 MainJob Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate one week in advance using current curriculum guides.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement lesson plans/curriculum on a weekly basis covering all areas of child development and carry out lesson plans according to classroom schedule/daily routine; Use our parent communication app efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a child assessment and portfolio for each child, as well as conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences during the month of November and May.
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking,running,and climbing stairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
 </li>

 Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
