Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Dental office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include managing multi-line phone systems, handling administrative tasks with precision, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your office management skills and contribute to a well-organized and friendly environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and possesses strong computer literacy to support daily operations seamlessly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression</li><li>Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or professionals</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary</li><li>Support administrative functions such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone/email</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects a welcoming atmosphere</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
