 Assistant Manager EHS:
 
 Minimum 6 years of experience in Environment, Health &amp; Safety systems in the manufacturing facility in compliance with statutory regulations, corporate EHS standards and sustainability goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / Mechanical / Chemical / Safety Engineering or equivalent.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Additional Certification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Industrial Safety (Diploma in Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor environmental management systems (EMS) as per ISO 14001.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with pollution control board norms (APPCB) and handle renewals of environmental consents (CTE/CTO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records and coordinate for audits related to waste management, water treatment, and air emissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal as per legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and enforce safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing areas (Cell, Module, Utilities, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct risk assessments (JSA, HIRA) and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor occupational health programs, emergency preparedness, and first aid facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize periodic safety inspections, internal audits, and safety committee meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular EHS training and safety drills for employees and contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement programs such as Safety Week, Environment Day, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain all statutory documentation and coordinate with local authorities for inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit monthly EHS performance reports, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ISO audits (45001/14001) and internal EHS performance reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote safe work culture and implement 5S, BBS (Behavior-Based Safety), and Kaizen activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support sustainability initiatives including energy conservation and waste minimization.
 </li>
