 HR Generalist F&amp;B (Restaurants &amp; Caf&eacute;s)
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter with solid experience in the Food &amp; Beverage (F&amp;B) sector, specifically restaurants and caf&eacute;s. The role is also responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across operational and support roles. for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and caf&eacute; positions (e.g., service staff, baristas, kitchen crew, supervisors, and managers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/operational assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth hiring processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring success rates.Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll and benefits administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the F&amp;B / hospitality sector in Egypt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in mass hiring and frontline roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience hiring for well-known restaurant or caf&eacute; chains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with local labor market trends in Egypt&rsquo;s F&amp;B sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong networking and headhunting capabilities.
 </li>
