 Job Responsibilities &amp; Duties:

 Ensure full compliance with
 
 social insurance regulations
 
 , procedures, and required documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all processes related to the
 
 labor office
 
 , including submitting forms, completing required procedures, and maintaining proper records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update
 
 employee databases
 
 , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of personnel data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform
 
 data analysis
 
 to support decision-making and generate operational insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle
 
 inspections
 
 from relevant authorities and coordinate effectively to fulfill all regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, update, and maintain detailed
 
 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) statistics and reports
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth personnel operations and adherence to company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 4 to 6 years
 
 of relevant experience in personnel administration, labor relations, or similar roles.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Very good command of
 
 English
 
 (written and spoken).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent proficiency in
 
 Microsoft Excel
 
 (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 social insurance regulations
 
 , procedures, and forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of labor law and government office procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver on-site technical support to employees, customers, and service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-user onboarding/offboarding, including hardware issuance and retrieval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform imaging, reimaging, installation, and configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripherals (docking stations, monitors, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, including break/fix, upgrades, and data migration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents; replicate issues when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate incident updates and ensure compliance with SLAs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, manage, and escalate tickets to ensure timely closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow asset management and inventory processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, meeting room technologies, and MTR devices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provision and deploy VoIP, Android, and Mac devices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve issues, documenting all interactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Deskside Management Team on asset management, break/fix processes, and service desk improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share technical knowledge and best practices via internal knowledge channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality support to VIP users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide Smart Hands &amp; Feet support for network, security, and server teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform racking and mounting of hardware in comms rooms/IT cabinets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist remote teams by enabling access to on-site hardware.
 </li>
 <li>
 Replace and install cabling, patch cords, and connections in comms rooms.
 </li>
