We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse &amp; Finance Executive to join our team.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory records both in the system and physically in the warehouse.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of goods.</li></ul>2. Order Processing &amp; Packaging<ul><li>Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch when required.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales orders.</li><li>Maintain and update delivery documentation.</li></ul>3. System &amp; Documentation (SAP)<ul><li>Enter sales orders and delivery details in SAP.</li><li>Generate, review, and file invoices.</li><li>Monitor and verify expense records for accuracy.</li></ul>4. Banking &amp; Reconciliations<ul><li>Perform bank visits for deposits, withdrawals, and other official tasks.</li><li>Assist in bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.</li></ul>5. General Support<ul><li>Provide assistance in daily operations and administrative tasks.</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or accounts management.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system (preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full Time / On-siteJob Timing: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) , Saturday alternate (9am-6pm)Job Address: 42 E/1 Ghalib Rd, Block E 1 Gulberg III, Lahore, 54000Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
