Senior Accountant

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and manage the marketing initiatives for real estate projects, focusing on property branding, promotional strategies, and market analysis. This position will be responsible for increasing visibility, attracting potential buyers, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple platforms. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales teams, designers, and external agencies to execute effective marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate developments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.</li><li>Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media, etc.) to generate leads and drive sales.</li><li>Branding &amp; Positioning: Define the brand image for real estate properties and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and target demographics. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve marketing efforts.</li><li>Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, videos, website copy, and social media posts.</li><li>Digital Marketing: Manage the online presence of properties, including website management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Lead Generation: Work with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurturing tactics that convert prospects into buyers.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve the best ROI.</li><li>Vendor and Agency Management: Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and vendors for photography, videography, graphic design, and advertising.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Event Management: Plan and organize events, such as open houses, real estate expos, or private viewings, to promote properties and attract potential buyers.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and existing clients through personalized marketing efforts.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and property features.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
