About the Role
Premier Lighting is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing initiatives, online sales channels, and brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and able to manage multiple responsibilities ranging from e-commerce operations to social media engagement and creative design input.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Website &amp; Shopify Management<ul><li>
Oversee updates, maintenance, and performance of the company website and Shopify store.</li><li>
Optimize product listings, user experience, and checkout flow.</li><li>
Track analytics and improve site performance and conversion rates.</li></ul></li><li>
E-Commerce Operations<ul><li>
Handle and process all ShopPremier orders efficiently.</li><li>
Ensure inventory is up to date and fulfillment runs smoothly.</li><li>
Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly.</li></ul></li><li>
Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing<ul><li>
Develop, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns across platforms.</li><li>
Increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.</li><li>
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).</li></ul></li><li>
Collaboration &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Manage and lead recurring marketing meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Provide updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations.</li><li>
Assist with brainstorming and implementing new ideas to support brand growth.</li></ul></li><li>
Creative &amp; Design Support<ul><li>
Contribute to design direction, branding consistency, and campaign aesthetics.</li><li>
Collaborate with designers and vendors on marketing collateral.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Proven experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.</li><li>
Strong background in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once.</li><li>
Experience with data-driven decision making (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>
Creative eye for design and branding.</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree preferred</li></ul>
Preferred Skills<ul><li>
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content creation.</li><li>
Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience handling order fulfillment and customer service in an e-commerce environment.</li></ul>
