The Data Entry Intern will support the transition from the legacy EMR system to Athena by accurately entering and transferring patient-related information. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity during the system migration and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Enter and transfer new patient demographic information from legacy EMR into Athena</li>
<li>Move newly created appointment data into the new EMR system</li>
<li>Work from assigned worklists to manage and track daily tasks</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all entered data</li>
<li>Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed</li>
<li>Provide end-of-shift updates on completed work and progress</li></ul></div>
