 Position Summary:
 
 
 We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with solid technological base and excellent communication skills. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems. The IT Support Specialist will ensure seamless IT operations, manage helpdesk tickets, and support users across the organization.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications and user accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot VPN access, and remote desktop issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and regular software updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with vendors and other IT team members for advanced troubleshooting or procurement needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in computer science.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure and VPN configuration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of network protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls (basic level).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handson with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ManageEngine ITMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Any relevant Vendor Certification will be a plus.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement employee engagement programs, events, and recognition activities aligned with company values.

 Design and deliver presentations, internal communication materials, and engagement campaigns using PowerPoint and Canva.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and prepare reports and action plans based on results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR in internal branding initiatives and help strengthen the company&rsquo;s culture of collaboration and respect.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute team-building activities, town halls, and CSR events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of engagement activities and prepare monthly engagement reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
 </li>

 Suggest innovative ways to enhance employee motivation, communication, and inclusion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR communication on platforms like email, newsletters, and social media (if applicable).
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement or internal communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva for presentation and design purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and event coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
