Pulmonary APP preferred or prior allergy immunology /Sleep medicine/ENT experience is plus.</b></p><p>
Location: Denison, Texas</p><p>
Facility: Premier Pulmonary and Sleep</p><p>

<p>1 week on and 1 week off Monday to Sunday 7am to 7pm
</p><p>Round on in hospital pulmonary patients followed by office<br>

<p>Position Overview:</p><p>
Premier Pulmonary and Sleep is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our pulmonary care team. This role offers a dynamic mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient pulmonary service coverage, with opportunities to manage simple and complex pulmonary and sleep patients.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of pulmonary, allergy immunology and sleep conditions.</li><li>
Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings if interested
</li><li>Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and other specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.</li><li>
Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings.</li></ul><p>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.</li><li>
Certification as an NP (AGACNP, FNP) or PA-C.</li><li>
Experience in pulmonary, critical care, Sleep medicine, ENT , allergy immunology or internal medicine preferred.</li><li>
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.</li><li>
Willingness to learn and participate in advanced pulmonary procedures.</li></ul><p>
