Premier Services is an Islamabad-based company providing services in construction and renovation. We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee our construction/renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:-Supervise construction work at the site independently, ensuring projects run smoothly, within budget, and on time.-Ensure construction work aligns with architectural, structural and MEP drawings.-Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.-Maintain and prepare accurate site records, documentation, and reports.-Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, manage labor, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to technical specifications.-Collaborate with teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.-Conduct material and rates estimations and prepare BBS etc.-Utilize AutoCAD for drawing and design modifications.-Monitor site safety and enforce safety protocols.Requirements:- DAE Civil with 2-3 years of experience in construction/Renovation site supervision- Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.- Excellent knowledge of layouts, BOQs, BBS, technical parameters, and tools.- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and relocate anywhere in Pakistan.- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.If you meet the requirements, please apply here or submit your resume to 0300-1805253. Supervisor (DAE Civil)

We are currently looking for a talented and energetic &ldquo;Civil Site Engineer&rdquo; with solid technical understanding of BOQs , layouts, drawings etc. and over 5-7 years of multiple projects management, team management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, quotations, estimates, ensuring project compliance, managing site activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver successful projects within budget and on schedule.This role's job responsibilities include;<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, estimates, quotations, and project plans, site reports, and related technical documents along with preparing an delivering presentations/demonstrations to clients for achieving targets and goals.</li><li>Manage the projects from start to finish &amp; ensure resources are being used to the optimum to provide best results.</li><li>Arrange , manage resources needed to complete project, manage costs in order to meet budget.</li><li>Monitor the performance of teams working on sites and provide directions to ensure maintenance of quality.</li><li>Maintain constant liaison with the Clients/Contractors and their representatives (Architects, Engineers etc.), including attending regular meetings, pre bid meeting, site surveys and providing reports to ensure the pace of work progress.</li><li>Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ensure accuracy of the qualities, all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.</li><li>Oversee quality control, health and safety matters of workers on the construction site.</li><li>Design and evaluate technical options for achieving business objectives.</li><li>Review design consultants&rsquo; drawings and integrate them into the project.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC accredited institute.</li><li>5-7 Years of relevant experience.</li><li>Valid PEC License</li><li>Willing to relocate anywhere in Pakistan.</li></ul>Skills Require:<ul><li>In depth understanding of Layouts, Drawings, Bill of Quantity, and all related technical structures and parameters.</li><li>Must be able to prepare BOQs, Quotations, Cost estimates, as per clients requirements.</li><li>Sound knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Must be able to work full-time.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC accredited institute?</li><li>How many years of site management experience do you have?</li><li>Can you do quantity take offs/ Cost estimations?</li><li>Are you currently present in Islamabad/Rawalpindi?</li><li>What is your current salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
