Your future role
<ul><li>You will execute increased scope from 360&ordm; service portfolio (Proposal, process engineering, client support) at customer sites. Also share market intelligence and customer insight. You will Communicate reports and take actions to resolve customers&rsquo; issue. You would be required to troubleshoot customers&rsquo; problems related to supplied products at site.</li>
<li>Supervising process related activities for various water treatment technologies (esp. SBR &amp; package treatment plants) at client location or remotely and providing technical support to customer.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems with deep application and deep product knowledge at customers site or remotely.</li>
<li>Train customers on product and operation of equipment.</li>
<li>Follow up on actions and commitments made to customers.</li>
<li>Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences</li>
<li>Work with 3rd-party suppliers to coordinate equipment design and manufacturing</li>
<li>Participate in customer-witnessed FAT, SAT and other related approval activities as needed</li>
<li>Lead internal initiatives aimed at lesson learnt and misses in executed projects and independently drive to closure</li>
<li>Travel for extended periods of time for bubble assignments, field support and meetings across the globe.</li>
</ul>
Required skills
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College</li>
<li>Experience Required: 5 to 8 years</li>
<li>Two to five years&rsquo; experience in process engineering and Techno-commercial proposal preparation of various water treatment technologies/projects, esp. SBR, MBR, MBBR and Package treatment plants.
</li><li>Understanding of water treatment processes on various technologies.</li>
<li>Vendor coordination to collect &amp; negotiate techno-commercial quotes for submitting an offer to the client.</li>
<li>Capabilities and experience to design complete cycle of 20MLD or Higher Municipal STPs.
