As we scale our digital presence and lead acquisition efforts, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization. This role offers hands-on ownership of high-impact campaigns and the opportunity to directly influence business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.</li><li>Manage and improve SEO performance, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content recommendations.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for CPL, lead quality, and ROI.</li><li>Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing page messaging, and targeting strategies.</li><li>Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and business goals.</li><li>Track performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.</li><li>Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and action points.</li><li>Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.</li></ul>Role Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably in real estate or lead-driven industries.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and lead funnel optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).</li><li>Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary with all UAE labor law benefits.</li><li>High ownership role with direct impact on revenue and growth.</li><li>Recognition for performance and results.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company as the digital marketing function scales.</li><li>Open discussions for future performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
